In our different ballet classes you will dive into the world of classical dance. Classical ballet trains posture, discipline, footwork and your strength and balance will improve.
What was once born on the streets has now become an integral part of hip hop culture. Breakdancing teaches you to feel your body in a whole new way and to perform impressive tricks on the dance floor. Your coach will teach you helpful techniques to improve your body control, balance and flexibility. Regular training is essential as a high level of physical fitness is required to master the cool moves.
