Broadway Dreams Camp

For everyone who enjoy dance, singing or acting. You’re also welcome if you’re only interested in singing or dancing.

Experience from last years’ camps has shown that participation under the age of 9 is not recommended. We ask you not to participate if you are under the minimum age. You are very welcome to attend the final show as a spectator.

There is no maximum age.

Registration for the Broadway Dreams Camp is only possible via the Broadway website. Please do not register by email. The TALENT ACADEMY has no influence on the registration process. Please use the link for registration. Registration deadline: August 09.

Confirmation of registration will be sent directly from the Broadway Dreams Foundation approximately 10 days after registration. In case you did not receive a confirmation of registration please contact the Broadway Dreams Foundation samantha@broadwaydreams.org.

Classes are held in English. Please don’t let this put you off. Creativity has its own language and if there are communication problems, someone can translate for you.

Accompanying persons are not permitted during rehearsals. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions for younger participants.
Accompanying persons are also not permitted to be in the backstage area during the dress rehearsal.

Yes, participation includes admission to Europa-Park. This is possible before or after the rehearsals (depending on the opening hours of Europa-Park).

Costumes for the show are provided by Europa-Park and the TALENT ACADEMY. Some participants may need to bring leggings or similar from home. Information on this will be provided directly by the Broadway Dreams Foundation before and during the camp.

Approximately one week before the camp, Broadway will send you all important information (times, etc.). Please understand that the TALENT ACADEMY can’t give any information about the timetable itself.

On the first day you will meet the coaches. After your short introduction in English (interpreter in the room if you prefer to introduce yourself in German), you may either dance a little first or just sing something.

Singing is compulsory for all participants, even if you are not so comfortable in this area. Please prepare a short song (at least 1 minute). Lyrics are allowed. If you do not want to sing acapella, please bring the melody on your mobile phone (connection via Bluetooth via music system possible).

It’s not about judging you when you sing. For the coaches, it is important to see all your facets. As we all know, the most beautiful stories begin with courage.
The auditions are for the team to understand where they can best use you in the show.

If you would like to stay overnight at Europa-Park during the programme, you are welcome to book the offer listed above (hotel arrangement). The offer includes a catering package, which includes a small lunch / snacks and dinner in the buffet restaurants ‘Haborside’ (Hotel Bell Rock) or ’Antica Roma’ (Hotel Colosseo) as well as non-alcoholic drinks. The compulsory package is already included. Additionally, a small buffet will be available for you at the Welcome Grill Evening in TALENT ACADEMY on August 16

Please let the hotel know if you have any allergies or special dietary requirements when making your reservation. Keyword for hotel booking is ‘Broadway Dreams Camp 2026’.

On the first day, August 16, all participants will enjoy a relaxed barbecue evening together with the coaches.

On the following days, if you have booked the hotel package, you are free to dine at your leisure between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm at the buffet restaurants “Haborside” (Hotel Bell Rock) or “Antica Roma” (Hotel Colosseo). Please note that table reservations must be made individually by calling +49 7822 860 5922.

By presenting the wristband you will receive at the beginning of the camp, the staff will recognize you as a camp participant.

Overnight accommodation in the same room is possible for an additional charge. Please speak to the guest service department directly.

The catering arrangement + park access applies exclusively to camp participants.

All participants have the option of booking a catering package during the camp. This includes non-alcoholic drinks, coffee and tea. In addition, different meals / snacks will be offered every day (cold meals or small warm meals). Catering at the Welcome Barbecue on August 15 is also included. Please understand that we are not yet able to make a statement on the exact menu. Dinner at the buffet restaurants is not included.

Please present your booking confirmation at check-in at the TALENT ACADEMY on August 15 in order to receive your wristband.

For organisational reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to book the catering package by the day. Thank you for your understanding!

One day before the show, rehearsals will take place in the afternoon and on the day of the show itself at Europa-Park Teatro. A buffet including drinks will be provided for all participants at the Europa-Park Teatro. Since in the past the drinks / food brought along were often not sufficient or forgotten, we introduced the meal package at the Europa-Park Teatro as compulsory.

This includes:

• • Ausgust 15: Catering at the Welcome BBQ
  • August 20: From afternoon / evening catering incl. drinks at Europa-Park Teatro
  • August 21: On the day of the dress rehearsal until the show catering incl. drinks at Europa-Park Teatro

After the auditions, all participants are invited to a barbecue in the TALENT ACADEMY garden from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm.

This special event offers participants and coaches the opportunity to get to know each other better in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy a cozy evening together with karaoke.

Catering is available for ALL participants, as it is included in the mandatory fee.
