Coaching focuses on the person themselves and assumes that no one knows better how to solve the problem than the person themselves. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling or mentoring. Coaching is a means of self-reflection, helps with self-awareness and promotes awareness in daily life.
The key moments in coaching are: listening, realising, perceiving signals from our body, consciously and non-judgmentally accepting our habits in order to find our own solutions.
