For beginners & advanced students
The acrobatics class focuses on body tension, balance and coordination. Beginners and advanced students alike are welcome. Flic flacs, acrobatic tricks and the basics of acrobatics are just some of the elements that are taught in this class.
Circus Gymnastics focuses on body tension and flexibility. By learning different techniques, you will be able to perform acrobatic tricks. Specific exercises will improve your stretching, mobilise your joints and develop your flexibility. Your body awareness will improve and your acrobatic skills will develop.
Adapted to your level, you will learn many new tricks that will be useful in other classes.

Yuri has a wide range of artistic experience. Before training as an acrobat, he completed his initial training at the ballet academy in Russia.

Katja was a successful competitive trampoline gymnast for a long time. She later brought her love of artistry to the stage in the form of aerial acrobatics.
